VIBS PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS LLC was founded by Jeffery Van Bibber, a Navarre-area contractor with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, and property maintenance throughout the Florida Panhandle.
Jeffery started VIBS because he saw a gap: homeowners who needed reliable, fairly priced work and kept running into contractors who didn't show up, didn't communicate, or left jobs half-finished. VIBS was built to be the opposite of that — a company where the standard is to do the work right, leave the space clean, and treat every homeowner the way you'd want to be treated.

Jeffery has spent more than a decade working on homes throughout Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin. That experience means he understands the specific maintenance demands of the Gulf Coast — how salt air ages exterior surfaces, how humidity affects caulk and wood, and how storm seasons create repair patterns that repeat year after year.
